How long does it take to complete a scuba diving certification?
The duration varies depending on the course, but most basic certifications can be completed in just a few days to a week. You can find approximate course durations for some of our offerings below.
- 5 days for beginner courses, including the Open Water Diver, Advanced Adventure Diver, and Rescue Diver courses.
- 2 days for specialty courses, depending on the specific course.
- 2-3 days for certain specialty courses, such as Sidemount Diver, Full Face Mask Diver, or Solo Diver courses.
- 1-2 days for non-diving courses, such as Nitrox and Gas Blending, among others.
- The divemaster course takes 10 to 14 days to complete.
- Basic technical diving courses take 2 to 4 days to complete.

What is the difference between sport diving and technical diving?
Sport diving typically involves recreational dives within recreational limits, while technical diving goes beyond those limits, requiring additional training and equipment. Technical Diving allows you to extend your diving beyond recreational “no stop” limits.Tec diving involves accelerated decompression and/or the use of variable gas mixtures during a dive. Therefore, this advanced method of diving requires additional experience, training and equipment.

How do your online theory courses work?
Our online courses allow you to study at your own pace, minimizing the time needed for in-class training while ensuring you grasp all necessary concepts. When you register, we schedule your class and send you your online code. Based on the international organization database, you’ll complete all theory sections via the website and receive a completion certificate for the theory. After that, we’ll schedule your diving sessions to get started. Rest assured, our training standards ensure that all training quality meets requirements and passes successfully.
